At a pro female body builders house which doubled as a gym for members complete with stages for walking/posing practice, tanning rooms/beds, cafeteria/kitchen, security guards, all gym equipment, classes on being a pro in any division (male and female), pool, sauna, steam, makeup and hair people, clothes shop, lockers. The whole shabang!!!

I lost a lot of weight and built muscle between then and now but really started to bulk up in the past two months. I am the same weight in both pictures (140lbs). Now my bulk is coming to an end and I can’t wait to see how I look underneath all this fluff!

After an entire week of contest prep eating I’m super excited to have pizza for my cheat meal tonight. It just so happens that I will be having sex tonight for the first time since September. I had pizza a month ago. I’m more excited about the pizza.
So I’m back at the gym and able to give 70-80% because my head still hurts and I get really nauseous at times. I did legs on tues and I’m still walking like a spaz. I have 20 mins to spare until I can eat so I’m dragging out my workout….on the stairmaster for the first time since my concussion.
I STILL CAN’T RIDE! Gah, it’s so annoying 😣.
I started talking to a coach at my gym who trains people for competitions. Realistically I could compete in August. I’m hoping to sit down with him some time next week 💪👍
I changed career paths and am on my way to becoming a Spanish teacher. In the meantime, I’ll still be giving riding lessons and I’m gonna try to be a substitute teacher. 📝🎒

I’ve been in bed all motherfucking day and have gotten up only to eat and use the bathroom. Which were both limited. It hurts my head to move around and when I hear loud noises. This definitely isn’t the worst of my concussions but it still sucks a big D. I didn’t take my adderall today so I was able to sleep for 80% of the day. Literally.
I know I’m over exaggerating but I can feel my muscles turning in to noodles! I can’t go back to heavy/high intensity lifting until I’m symptom free for a week. UGH. I’m following the guidelines because I don’t want to suffer brain damage and I know from experience that I need to take it easy and not push myself.
In other news, I got a really cute Chanukah card from some kids, it’s been raining all day, and the world ends on Friday. Oh glory!
Don’t motherfucking binge!
Determine if actually hungry or feeling emotional.
Drink more water and tea.
Stick to the meal plan.
Save treats for Sunday.
Flex the muscle of self control and resistance.
Eat every 2-3 hours.
20minutes of cardio a day.
First off the gym should be used as a positive space where you work hard to reshape your body/build muscle/whatever your goal is. Weight shouldn’t be brought into the picture. So what if you weigh more than yesterday? The important part is how you feel!!! Sometimes I feel fucking sexual and super strong on a day that I’m kinda bloated or carrying a few extra pounds. What matters is that I feel good.
I ESPECIALLY HATE when I see a woman workout with a trainer and then go weigh herself immediately after her session. DUDE, YOU HAVEN’T LOST WEIGHT YET! If there is a decrease in weight before/after a workout it’s probably due to water weight. You can’t burn 5lbs in one session. It takes like 1700 burned calories to lose 1lb.
In high school when I had an ED i would weigh myself before and after working out. Im glad that I’ve educated myself on health and fitness so that I know that’s unhealthy and ineffective.

Got my nails done this morning with mama bear and then we went to lunch. Then I went to the gym and did leg day but had to stop on my second to last circuit because something went POP in my knee and it felt like lightening shot down it. Then I switched to bis and tris for shits and giggles. Sat in the sauna and literally STARED at this dudes very cut stomach. I wanted to mount him. I resisted. Then met my parents for dinner at my favorite place and threw up in the bathroom because my lunch had apparently disagreed with me. Then dessert at wholefoods and my mom bought me socks from target. As if that wasn’t enough of a day already I arrived home and saw my 6 pack bag had arrived. JIZZ. I’m so happy. Ah birthday was nice :)
Oh and I also bought myself a new pair of PINK and black lifting gloves 😁
